Accessories & Tags: Please ensure all original tags, accessories, and documents are included.
Packaging: The original packaging is preferred but not mandatory. However, the product must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

You have a full 30 days to initiate a return. We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out – and we’re here to help.

4. Return Shipping Costs – Transparent and Fair
Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. We strive to make the return process as easy as possible.
Exchange (e.g., different size): If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, we are happy to arrange that. However, the shipping cost for the new item is also your responsibility.
5. What Happens After the Return?
Exchange: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you the new size if requested.
Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue a store credit without an expiration date.
No Refunds: A direct refund of the purchase amount is not possible.
6. Exceptions to Our Return Policy
Some products are excluded from our return policy:
Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or clearance cannot be returned. However, we can issue store credit.
Incomplete Returns: Products with signs of use, missing parts, or removed tags cannot be accepted.
7. Defective or Damaged Products

Provide a photo of the damaged item and your order number.
After review, we will offer you either a refund or a free replacement.
8. Fast Processing for Your Satisfaction
Once your return arrives at our Hong Kong warehouse, we will thoroughly inspect it. You will receive an update via email within 5 business days regarding the next steps.
