Any terms differing from these are not recognized unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is considered valid when we confirm the order via email or ship the product.

All prices listed in our shop are final prices and include applicable taxes where required. In some cases, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply. These fees are not included in the purchase price and must be covered by the customer.

Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is due at the time of order completion.

Shipping is available within Switzerland, with estimated delivery times ranging from 3-7 business days. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout and must be covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed. The risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order, provided they give a valid reason, such as incorrect or defective items, incorrect sizing (after prior consultation), or discrepancies between the received product and its description.

Returns must include unused, complete items with original labels and packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error or defect. Refunds are issued as store credit or an exchange, with monetary refunds only granted in exceptional cases.

Warranty claims are handled according to applicable legal regulations. Liability for minor negligence is limited to essential contractual obligations, with liability capped at foreseeable damages.

Ownership of all items remains with Roth & Kaiser limited until full payment is received.
